Tracy deserves 10 STARS!! Tracy was the most professional realtor during the process of selling my parents' home after they passed away. I was extremely anxious about selling my childhood home, but Tracy immediately put me at ease. She was upfront about the work we needed to do to get the house ready which was very overwhelming. Tracy came to the rescue by providing a list of vendors to help us empty and clean the house and a wonderful person to help with the yard. She was compassionate when I was having second thoughts and worries. Readily available for those sellers' questions that popped into my mind late at night. Tracy is fantastic at what she does. I told her I needed to find a home sooner then later and she was on it. I wasn’t always able to see some of the houses in person so she did virtual tours for me which helped a lot. She is very knowledgeable in the world of real estate and very thorough which I loved. Dedicated Agent Tracy was outstanding with preparation and sale of my house. She helped develop the plan to prepare and repair the house and did much coordination with vendors for me. She worked with my property management company to accomplish various repairs and ensure the house was vacated on time and in good condition prior to placing it on the market. Utter lack of professionalism.

Tracy helped us get into our first home and she was great. We had very little knowledge and she was very patient with us while we took almost a year of looking. Not because of Tracy or the area (but because of my job (unsure if I was leaving the area). Tracy has been in the Eastern NC area for along time and knows the area very well. She won't pressure you into something and will only give you good advice/guidance. When it comes time to sell and buy again (if I remain in the area) I will reach out to her again. I highly recommend Tracy if you're in the housing market.
